It is important to us that you have the knowledge and understanding about health and wellbeing to make decisions that affect health.

This portal is a one stop resource for you to get the information you need, if you are concerned about someone or yourself and want some help, there will be a link to an approved site for help.

So what does being part of a Healthy College mean for you? You will have the opportunity to access the appropriate advice and guidance about well-being so you can make informed choices about your health. Studies have shown there is a clear link between Healthy College initiatives and bringing about a positive change in emotional and physical wellbeing. We are fully committed to creating an environment to improve the health and wellbeing of all students in the College. If you are concerned about your health, we recommend getting in touch with your GP, Student Services, or checking out the online resources below. If you would like to talk to a counsellor about anything that is worrying you or causing you distress who does not work in the College please contact Talkzone or the College Mentors for a referral.
