Quality Statement

North Nottinghamshire College strives to provide a quality service that meets the needs and aspirations of its students, employers and the local community.
The College aims to respond to all of these groups by providing the curriculum and support necessary to enable progression and to allow individuals to grow and develop.

In order to achieve a high level of quality, the College has put in place a number of policies and processes to help it improve all aspects of its provision. These are available through the Quality Unit.

The use of learner, employer and staff surveys ensure that College procedures are monitored closely and changed or amended if necessary. Similarly, there is a Complaints, Compliments and Suggestions procedure that is used by all members of the College community to ensure that problems are tackled effectively.

The College wishes to recognise and celebrate all of the achievements of its students and is committed to promoting equality and diversity.
