Quick Guide

Our Access to Higher Education Course is aimed at students over 18 who are interested in progressing to a range of University courses, including Teacher Training, Social Work and subject based degrees.

  • Courses can be studied full time (one year) or part time (two years)
  • No qualifications necessary
  • Core modules of Study Skills and IT
  • Option modules in English, Maths, History, Sociology, Psychology, IT, Business Studies and Art & Design

We also offer Access to Art & Design and a very popular Access to Nursing Course if you’re interested in moving on to Nursing, Midwifery, Social Work or other health related degree courses.

From September we now offer a new Access to Food Technology and Related Studies course. If interested in coming to College to study any of these courses call Student Services on 01909 504500 or email contact@nnc.ac.uk for all the latest information.
